AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company")
Buy-back of own securities
The Company announces that on 13 January 2022, it bought back
30,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company
(SEDOL: 0133508 / ISIN: GB0001335081), representing approximately
0.026% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of
1,059.6667 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought
back will be placed in treasury.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in
issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the
Company are now as follows:
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue 116,003,133
Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury 14,496,737
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary
