announcement released on 24 March 2004. The number of shares issued and allotted
should have read 8,000 not 9,000 and the current issued share capital should

ISSUE OF SHARES

The Company announces that at a Board meeting held on 24 March 2004, the Board
issued and allotted 8,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, increasing the Company's
issued share capital to 13,756,422 ordinary shares, in respect of valid
applications received from Warrantholders applying in respect of the2003/2004
tax year. The new shares were issued for cash at a price of 100p per share.

Application will be made for admission of the new shares to trading on the
London Stock Exchange as soon as possible.
