Bright Futures Group Plc ("Bright Futures" or the "Company")
Suspension of Company's shares from AIM


Pursuant to Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies the Company's share will be
suspended from trading on AIM 2 April 2007, being the anniversary of the
Extraordinary General Meeting at which shareholders approval was given for the
disposal of the Company's trading assets and the Company classified as a "cash
shell".

The directors continue to pursue acquisition opportunities for the Company and
will make further announcements at the appropriate time.

In the event that the Company has not undertaken an acquisition that constitutes
a reverse take-over pursuant to Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies the
Company's shares will be cancelled from AIM on 1 October 2007.
