Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 on 8 March 2007 the Company
received notification that Mr Neil Gormley bought 75,000 shares in the Company.
Subsequent to this purchase Mr Gormley and his wife's combined interest had
increased to a holding of 8,136,383 shares in the Company representing
approximately 17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.



The issued share capital of the Company is 47,850,020 ordinary shares of 5p
each.
