The directors of Bright Futures Group ("Company") have been notified that Mr
Neil Gormley has acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares")



As a result of this purchase, Mr Gormley is now interested in an aggregate
5,838,464 Ordinary Shares representing 12.2% of the Company's issued share
capital
