   Results of EGM & Board Changes 
 
 
 
   Bridge, the Oslo Børs and AIM listed oil and gas exploration and 
production company (OSE:BRIDGE/AIM:BRDG.L), advises that, at an 
extraordinary general meeting (" EGM ") of shareholders held today, 20 
November 2013, at 15:15 (CET), all resolutions were passed unanimously 
in accordance with the proposals of the board of directors. 
 
 
 
   De-listing from Oslo Børs and AIM 
 
 
 
   Specifically, it was resolved to apply to Oslo Børs and the London 
Stock Exchange for a de-listing of the Company's shares from quotation 
on Oslo Børs and AIM respectively, pursuant to applicable Oslo 
Børs and AIM Rules. De-listing from Oslo Børs is expected to 
take place within the course of next week, whereas de-listing from AIM 
is expected to be effective from 7.00 a.m. on 17 December 2013. 
 
 
 
   Board Changes 
 
 
 
   In addition, the appointment of Malcolm Thoms as a Board Member with 
immediate effect was approved and it was resolved that Caroline Brown, 
John Forrest and Lynn Calder resign their positions and cease to be 
Board Members of the Company with effect from the date and time of the 
EGM. The Board would like to thank each of Caroline, John and Lynn for 
their substantial contribution to Bridge. 
 
   Following these changes the Board of Directors comprises: 
 
 
   -- Bill McCall - Chairman 
 
   -- Cecilie Amdahl - Board Member 
 
   -- Malcolm Thoms - Board Member 
 
 
   Other Information 
 
   In relation to the appointment of Mr Thoms to the Board of Directors, 
Bridge confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed 
under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies save as
