                     Notice of Intention to Cancel Listing

The Company hereby announces in accordance with the requirement set out in the
Listing Rules that, as a result of 3M UK Holdings Limited acquiring or agreeing
to acquire issued and outstanding share capital of the Company carrying 75% of
the voting rights of the Company, the Company will today notify the UK Listing
Authority that it wishes to cancel the listing on the Official List of its
ordinary share capital in compliance with the required minimum 20 business days'
notice to shareholders of intended cancellation.  In the meantime, trading in
the shares will continue on normal market bases until the cancellation of the
listing.  The Company intends that, with effect from March 9, 2007, the listing
of the shares on the Official List and their trading on the London Stock
Exchange Plc's market for listed securities will be terminated.
