The Company has today been notified pursuant to part IV of the Companies Act
1985 that, following a recent market purchase, Susan Vandyk now has a notifiable
interest in 19,916,667 Ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company, representing
12.61% of the Company's issued share capital in that class.

In addition the Company has today been notified that Newbourne Plc has sold its
holding of 16,666,667 Ordinary shares and no longer holds any shares in the
Company.
