Director Appointment
Further to the announcement of 28 March 2012, the Company
confirms that Marcus Mills has been appointed as Finance Director
of the Company with effect from the date of this announcement.
Marcus Lee Mills, aged 38, was previously Financial Controller
of Braime and qualified as an accountant with
PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has previously worked for Azlan plc and
was the European Financial Controller of Minorplanet plc. He was
previously a director of Alno (United Kingdom) Limited but is not
and has not been a director or partner of any other directorship or
partnership in the last five years.
Marcus holds 400 A Ordinary Shares in the Company, which he
acquired earlier today at a price of 510p per share.
Nicholas Braime, CEO of Braime commented "Marcus has been a
valuable addition to the team since his appointment in March 2012,
and we look forward to working with him as a director of the
Company."
