                           Results of General Meeting 
 
 
Further to the announcement of 7 January 2010, the Company is pleased to 
announce the resolutions to approve both the cancellation of admission to 
trading on AIM ("Cancellation") and the re-registration of the Company as a 
private limited company have been passed with the requisite majorities by 
shareholders today. 
 
 
The Cancellation will take effect from 7 a.m. on 8 February 2010.
