    NOTIFICATION OF PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

    BAG has today purchased for cancellation 22,500 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price per share of 85p.  The repurchased ordinary
shares will be cancelled and removed from trading on AIM.

    Accordingly, as a result of the share buyback, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is 18,725,831 ordinary shares.
