Blackrock changes name to Balmoral International Land plc 
 
The Board of Blackrock International Land plc is pleased to announce that it has 
obtained the approval of the Registrar of Companies in Ireland to change its 
name to Balmoral International Land plc. 
 
This follows the passing of resolutions relating to the name change which were 
proposed to shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 
7 October 2010. 
 
The company's website address, www.bilplc.com, will remain unchanged. There will
