                                Grant of Options


Further to the announcement released on 13 February 2007 in relation to the
grant of options to certain directors, the Company wishes to announce that Simon
Mindham, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has waived his rights to
270,247 options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"),
details of which are contained in the 4 March 2006 annual report and accounts.


Following this announcement Mr Mindham has 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares over which
options have been granted, the terms of which were stated in the previous
announcement.
