    Significant Interest
    The Company has today been informed by cominvest Asset Management GmbH ("cominvest") that it has a holding of 587,000 shares in the
Company, representing 2.916% of BKN's voting rights. Cominvest's interest has fallen below 3% as a result of the Company's placing of an
additional 730,120 shares which was completed on 17 July 2008.
