    The Company was notified on 17 September 2008 that following a purchase of 1,150,000 0.1p ordinary shares on 17 September 2008 by Warm
Welcome Management Ltd, Philip Davies, chairman and ultimate owner of Warm Welcome Management Ltd, is now interested in 25,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 7.03% of the Company's issued share capital, by virtue of the fact that Philip Davies is also chairman
and ultimate owner of Anglo American Media Ltd, which holds 23,850,000 ordinary shares.
