Result of Special General Meeting

BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the Company's Special General Meeting held earlier today, was duly passed.

Following the passing of the resolution the Company expects to complete the disposal of BSG Wireless Limited in the near future and will provide a further update in relation to that in due course.
