Change of Ownership of 28 Managed Hotels


The Board of Directors of BIL International Limited ("the Company") wishes to
announce as follows:-

Thistle Hotels (Management) Limited ("Thistle"), a wholly owned subsidiary, has
a long term management contract with Hotel Portfolio II UK Limited ("HPII") to
operate 28 hotels in the UK. HPII has completed its sale of the entire hotel
portfolio to Curzon Hotels Limited ("CIT"). Thistle will retain the management
of this portfolio and supports the significant investment CIT will make in the
hotels, including the development of casinos with BIL Gaming Operations (UK)
Ltd.

The change in ownership of the portfolio is not expected to have any material
impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the
year ending 30 June 2007.
