TAKE NO ACTION IN RESPECT OF THE TAKEOVER OFFER BY NORTON

Bullabulling Gold Limited (AIM: BGL, ASX: BAB) (Bullabulling) has today received a bidder's statement from Norton Gold Fields Limited (Norton) containing a takeover offer by Norton to acquire all of the shares in Bullabulling.

The board of Bullabulling is considering Norton's offer and will appoint financial and legal advisers shortly.

The offer will not open for acceptance by shareholders until the bidder's statement is dispatched to shareholders, which Norton has stated it expects to do on or about 2 May 2014.

Accordingly, there is no need for Bullabulling shareholders to take any action at this time.

The board urges all shareholders to take NO ACTION in relation to the offer or any documents you receive from Norton until you receive the board's formal response to the offer.

Bullabulling will keep shareholders fully informed of any further developments as they occur. All information issued by the company in relation to the offer will also be posted on the company's website, www.bullabullinggold.com.
