                          CORRECTION: BOARD CHANGES: 
 
This announcement is corrects the announcement made at 09.26 on 29 March 2012. 
Reason for correction: that announcement stated that the Chris Baker is a 
former director of Saunders Unworth Limited, he is a current director. It also 
stated that Mr Lawton is a former director of Peninsula Goldfields Pty Ltd, he 
is a current director. In all other respects the announcement remains the same 
and is set out in full and in corrected form below. 
 
Bullabulling Gold Limited announces that, following the approval by the 
Australian Court of the merger between the Company and Auzex Resources Limited 
("Auzex") by scheme of arrangement, the following board changes have been made 
in accordance with the merger implementation agreement: 
 
  * Peter Ruxton, Michael Short, Paul McGroary and Ciceron Angeles have 
    resigned as directors of the Company. 
 
  * Chris Baker and John Lawton (currently directors of Auzex) have been 
    appointed to the board as non-executive directors. 
 
Jeff Malaihollo, David McArthur and Nigel Clark remain on the board of 
Bullabulling Gold. 
 
On 8 March 2012 Bullabulling Gold advised the appointment of Brett Lambert as 
Managing Director of the Company, such appointment to take effect from 1 May 
2012. 
 
In accordance with the merger implementation agreement the Company will, as 
soon as is practicable, appoint a new chairman and a further independent 
non-executive director. 
 
It has been agreed that Mr Clark and Mr Baker with jointly chair the company 
until a chairman is formally appointed, at which time Mr Clark will resign as a 
director of the Company. 
 
 
Christopher Don Baker 
 
Non-Executive Director, age 57 
 
Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Mineral Technology (1976), and an MBA (1994) from 
the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is a member of the Institute of 
Directors (NZ), and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and 
Metallurgy. Chris is the Chairman of the Brisbane based mineral exploration 
company Auzex Resources Ltd (AZX:ASX). Chris's other roles are: CEO of 
Straterra Inc., an organisation that provides high level representation and 
advocacy for the resource sector in New Zealand. Chairman of the Coal 
Association of New Zealand; Executive Chairman of the NZCCS Partnership, a 
partnership of government and industry funders established to address CCS in 
and for New Zealand. Director of the CO2CRC - Australian Government (Federal, 
State and International), Industry (Oil, Gas, Coal, Power) and Research funded 
fossil fuel research organisation; Director of Saunders Unsworth, a Wellington 
based consultancy specialising in Government relations. 
 
Chris's experience spans over 35 years in mining and energy in Australia and 
New Zealand, in executive and governance roles and across many commodities, in 
particular gold and coal.

Chris Baker and his wife hold 513,996 shares in Auzex Resources Limited which 
will convert into 467,222 shares in Bullabulling Gold. Mr. Baker also holds 
94,852 Options @ 11 cents in Bullabulling Gold. 
 
Apart from the information disclosed above there is no other information 
required to be disclosed under Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the 
AIM Rules. 
 
 
Jeffrey John Lawton 
 
Non-Executive Director, age 63 
 
John Lawton has a career spanning almost 40 years in the resources industry 
from exploration geology associated with gold, tin, base metals and uranium 
deposits to project development and corporate management, and is fortunate to 
have been associated with a number of discoveries and developments in that 
time. 
 
In the mid 1980's - 2000, John was an executive Director of Ross Mining NL, a 
company he co-founded, which became a respected mid-tier gold producer through 
the 1990's, developing seven gold mines in Queensland, New South Wales and the 
Solomon Islands which delivered dividends to shareholders. Ross operated low 
grade gold deposits at low cash cost in a low gold price regime using 
innovative operation practices. He founded Auzex in 2003 and funded its early 
development through to ASX listing in 2005. 
 
John has a B.Sc in Applied Geology and is a member of The Australasian 
Institute of Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He 
is Chairman of Peninsula Goldfields Pty Ltd.

which will convert into 6,751,365 shares in Bullabulling Gold. Mr. Lawton also 
holds 711,391 Options @ 11 cents in Bullabulling Gold. 
 
Apart from the information disclosed above there is no other information 
required to be disclosed under Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the 
AIM Rules. 
 
Following the Board reorganisation the total shareholding of the Directors will 
be 11,806,657 representing 4.09% of the issued capital of Bullabulling Gold 
post merger (being 289,002,949 shares).
