The Directors of BBG are pleased to announce that the Company's shares have today been admitted to trading on the ASX. In aggregate 170,680,298 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on the ASX today.

The Company's stock ticker in Australia is "BAB" and "BGL" on the AIM market.

The Company's shares commenced trading on the AIM on 16 March 2012.
