Update re. Merger with Auzex Resources Limited

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that shareholders of Auzex Resources Limited ("Auzex") have approved the scheme of arrangement under which Auzex will merge with the Company (the "Scheme").

Auzex will seek orders from the Supreme Court of Queensland approving the scheme of arrangement at a second court hearing scheduled for 9:15 am on Tuesday 27 March 2012 in Australia. If the Court approves the Scheme, Auzex intends to lodge the orders of the Court with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Wednesday 28 March 2012 and the Scheme will become effective on that date.

If approved by the Court, it is expected that the implementation date of the Scheme will be 11 April 2012 and that the new Bullabulling Gold Limited shares will commence trading on AIM on 16 April 2012.
