On behalf of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. ("JPMCC") of 270 Park Avenue New York NY 
10017, we would like to advise that JPMCC has decreased its total aggregate 
holding in the share capital of Big Food Group Plc (the "company") from 11.01% 
to 10.95%. This decrease is a result of its subsidiary, J.P. Morgan Fleming 
Asset Management (UK) Limited, in its capacity as discretionary investment 
manager for various funds (which includes the discretion to exercise voting 
rights), decreasing its interests in the Company. Details of the sale are as 
follows:

Number of shares sold (% of share capital): 203,106 (0.06%) 
Total Number of shares held:             37,303,470 (10.95%)
