Termination of discussions and suspension


On 13 July 2007, the Board of Bede confirmed that the Company was in preliminary
discussions with certain parties which may or may not lead to an offer being
made for the Company.

The Board announces that discussions have now terminated and that, accordingly,
the Company is no longer in an offer period.

The Company has requested a suspension of trading in its securities whilst the
Board considers its strategic options.


A further announcement will be made in due course.
