The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 7,133,751.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue following this sale is 111,686,205 and the resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 104,552,454.
