The date referenced in the third paragraph as 31 March 2016 has been changed to 30 April 2016.

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 5 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 April 2016 was 86.85p per share.

An interim dividend of 5.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 3 June 2016 to members on the register as of 20 May 2016.

The interim dividend of 5.0p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 April 2016 as the ex-dividend date is 19 May 2016.
