In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) Baronsmead VCT 5 plc today announces that Gillian Nott OBE, who is a non-executive director of Baronsmead VCT 5 plc, has been appointed to the board of PEWT Securities 2020 PLC as a non-executive director with effect from 21 March 2016. Mrs Nott was appointed as a non-executive director of the parent company, Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC, on 2 March 2016.
