The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wish to announce that in accordance with the Cell's Summary and Securities Note dated 19 July 2006 that upon redemption of all the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Cell (the "Shares") on 26 July 2012 that the Shares admission to trading on the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled.
