Pinton Estates PLC (the "Company") 
GBP70,000,000 10.75% to 11.25% Stepped Interest First Mortgage Debenture Stock 
2012 (the "Stock"). 
Certain rent payments due for the first quarter of 2009 have not been received 
by the Company. As a result, the Company was unable to make the half-yearly 
coupon payment on the Stock due on 3 March 2009 in full. 
Rental income received by the Company of GBP1.65 million is being paid to the 
registrar today for payment to Stock holders. Further net rental income is due 
to be received by the Company for the quarter beginning on 25 March 2009. The 
Company intends to apply the net rental income received to making a further 
payment to holders of the Stock in respect of the coupon. 
A further announcement will be made in due course. 
The Company is being advised by Fenchurch Advisory Partners in relation to the 
Stock.
