Exercise of options



On 21 December 2006 the Company issued and allotted 1,683,334 ordinary shares at
A$0.23 per share and 250,000 ordinary shares at A$0.20, following the exercise
of options. Following the issue of these shares the share capital of the Company
is now 1,135,479,555.


Application will be made for the ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM, which is expected to commence on 9 January 2007.
