Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 5 December 2006 it issued and allotted 1,000,000
ordinary shares, following the exercise of options. 833,333 ordinary shares were
issued in respect of incentive options at A$0.23 per share and 166,667 shares
were issued in respect of options at A$0.20 per share. Following the issue of
these options the share capital of the Company is now 1,132,296,221 ordinary
shares.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM, which is expected to commence on 11 December 2006.
