                              Directorate Changes 
 
Alexandra announces that Elaine New, who stepped in as Finance Director in June 
2009 has resigned from the Board with effect from 13 April 2010 in order to 
pursue other opportunities. 
 
 The Board expresses its gratitude to Elaine, 
who had previously been a non-executive Director since April 2006, for her 
valuable work and guidance through her time with the Company.  She has helped to 
guide the management through the refocusing of its operations, the introduction 
of a new senior management team and the current renegotiation of debt 
facilities. 
 
 Adrian Binney, who has been working in the finance team as 
a consultant since November 2009, will lead the finance team and assume the role 
of reporting to the Board.  Adrian Binney has not been appointed to the Board. 
 
 Tim Gifford, CEO of Alexandra, commented: -

during this difficult time whilst the Company has been undergoing significant
