Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification, on 11 June 2008, that the Trustees of
Mrs M J Grove A & M Trust (the "Trust") has a beneficial interest in 32,300,000
ordinary shares representing 7.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital and that Mrs S E James has a beneficial interest in 24,050,000 ordinary
shares representing 5.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also received notification, on 11 June 2008, that Perenco SA has
ceased to have a beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital.
