Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 10 October 2007 from the trustees
of Mrs M Grove A & M Trust that, following the sale of 6,000,000 Avid shares
they have no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 375,666,665 ordinary shares of 0.5
pence per share.
