The Company was notified today that on 6 January 2005, the wife of John
Parkinson, one of the Company's independent Non-executive Directors, sold 14,820
1p ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 1.28p per Ordinary
Share. Following this disposal, John Parkinson's wife does not hold any shares
in the Company. John Parkinson's holding in the Company is 264,821 Ordinary
Shares, representing 1.04 per cent. of the issued share capital.
