Atelis PLC, a softswitch manufacturer and developer of IP telephony solutions is
pleased to update the market today on continued progress amongst its customer
base. New customers won in the last three months include BezeqOnline, an
affiliate of Bezeq, Israel's largest telecommunication provider; Followap, a
developer of software for global mobile carriers; Luz II, a leading Solar Energy
solutions company based in Jerusalem and San Francisco; and one of Israel's
largest manufacturers and integrators of advanced defense systems.

Amongst the solutions delivered to these customers have been BizX-1000, Atelis'
full remote IP call centre solution designed for very large enterprises, and
BizX-240, Atelis' solution designed for small to medium size businesses
requiring enterprise grade SIP PBX in a small, inexpensive, low-maintenance,
practically plug-n-play configuration.

Following our trading update in November of last year we remain confident in the

working on securing distribution of our solutions through OEM agreements is
