(the "Company" or "Ashton Penney")

Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company was informed on 08 November 2006 that Bruce Page, Director, through
his Self Invested Personal Pension  Scheme, ("SIPP") on that date purchased
50,000 Ashton Penney ordinary shares at a price of 5.75p per share.  The SIPP 
now holds 175,000 Ashton Penney ordinary shares, representing 0.37 % of the
Company's issued share capital.

Accordingly, at today's date, Mr Page's total holding is now of 300,000 ordinary
shares, representing 0.89 % of the  issued share capital of the Company.
