Notification of Resignation of Renwick Robert Haddow from the Board of Directors

Ashton Penney Holdings Plc announces the resignation of Renwick Robert Haddow
from the Board of Directors, effective 07  November 2006.

Mr Haddow was appointed to the Board of Branded Drinks as a Director on 28th
October 1999 and has been a Non Executive  Director of the "Company" since
Branded Drinks acquired the Ashton Penney business in April 2005. Mr Haddow
stated that his resignation was for business reasons. Graham Cole, Chairman of
the Board, noted that he had  accepted Mr Haddow's resignation with regret,
stating "we greatly appreciate Renwick's services to the Group since the 
acquisition by Branded Drinks and subsequent flotation on AiM just over a year
ago."
