Under the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme (the "ALTIS"), the
senior executives (including the Executive Directors) and other
ASOS employees may be annually granted awards over Ordinary Shares
subject to a three-year vesting period and stretching performance
conditions.

August 2017: 5.2m in the UK and 10.2m internationally).
