                      Explosions at Buncefield Fuel Depot


Following the explosion on Sunday 11 December 2005 at the Buncefield fuel depot
near Hemel Hempstead, the Directors have requested a suspension of the Company's
ordinary shares pending a fuller assessment of the impact of the explosion and
subsequent disruption to the surrounding area will have on the Company's
business.
