Arla Foods UK plc (the "Company") - Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")

The Company has today been notified of shares purchased on 28 March 2007 at a
share price of 70.75p under the Arla Foods UK plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP) by
the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities:

T J Smith                     265 shares
M Gilbert                     266 shares
C Lyness                      266 shares
J Price                       211 shares
S Stevens                     266 shares
A Thompson                    266 shares
P Walker                      266 shares

As the SIP is open to all employees, further Arla Foods UK plc shares were
purchased by employees who are not Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility, but who signed up to participate in the Plan. The Shares
purchased are partnership and matching shares and the partnership shares have to
be kept in trust for a minimum of 3 years otherwise the matching shares are
forfeited.
