                      Change in Accounting Reference Date 
 
Arteon Plc (AIM: ARTO) announces that it has changed its accounting reference 
date from 31 March to 30 September with immediate effect. The next set of 
consolidated audited accounts will therefore be drawn up for the 18 month 
period from 1 April 2009 to 30th September 2010 and is expected to be published 
by 31 December 2010. The change will minimise audit costs and simplify due 
diligence in connection with any future reverse takeover which would be 
required to comply with the AIM Rules for Companies. 
 
The Company will release unaudited interim accounts for the six months ended 31 
March 2010 during October 2010. 
 
Thereafter, annual and interim reports will be published each year for the 12 
months to 30 September and the six months to 31 March respectively in 
accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
