Update on Enforcement of Jiadeli Award

On 1 December 2014, ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH") (AIM: ARCH) announced that it had been notified that the HNA Group had filed an application to the Beijing Second Intermediate Court requesting that the award previously made on 3 June 2014 be set aside. As a result of this application, the enforcement of the award had been suspended.

The Board is pleased to announce that on 20 April 2015 the Beijing Second Intermediate Court rejected the HNA Group's claim to set aside the arbitral award. The Court's ruling on this matter is final. The Company's legal advisers are currently liaising with the Shanghai First Intermediate Court to push forward the enforcement of the arbitral award.
