Aram Resources announces that it has today been informed that Plateau Gravel
Company Limited has today purchased 5,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the
entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company, at a price of 95p per
share.  

Plateau Gravel Company Limited is jointly owned and controlled by David Binns
and Giles Nixon, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Chairman respectively of
Aram Resources.  In addition to the shares purchased by Plateau Gravel in
which David Binns and Giles Nixon are deemed beneficially to be interested,
each also holds 2,400,000 ordinary shares representing 46.6% of the entire
issued ordinary share capital of Aram Resources.
