The Company announces the issue of 25,000 ordinary shares for cash
consideration at a price of 225 pence per share.

It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares, which rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, will
become effective and trading will commence on AIM on 2 August 2000.
