On 27 December 2006, the Municipality of Amsterdam submitted a request to the
Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal for an
inquiry into the procedures pertaining to the intended sale of a part of the
State owned shares in N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol  (Schiphol Group).
