All Points North plc ("the Company")



The Company has today received notification that John Lyons, non-executive
Director, today transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares
") in the Company for no consideration to his Wife, Elizabeth Lyons who has
today sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 33 pence per Ordinary Share.  The
beneficial interest of Mr Lyons following the transfer and subsequent disposal
by his wife is now 2,016,000 Ordinary Shares representing 27.26% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
