Further Capital Distribution 
10 November 2010 
ACP Capital Limited (the "Company": AIM: APL) today announces a return of 
capital of 7.65 pence per share, payable on 1 December 2010 to registered 
shareholders as of 19 November 2010. The ex-dividend date will be 17 November 
2010. 
This distribution of approximately GBP15.94 million mainly comprises the 
proceeds from the disposal of the Company's interest in Leasecom Group SAS (as 
announced on 4 November 2010). 
In due course, the Company expects to announce a final cash distribution, 
estimated between 1.85p and 2.35p per ACP share, dependent on the deferred 
consideration due following the disposal of the Company's shareholding in 
Leasecom Group SAS. 
At the same time, proposals will be put to shareholders to recommend the Company 
delists from AIM and be placed into liquidation.
