Board changes 
 
London, UK, 26 February 2009 - AOI Medical, Inc. (the "Company" or "AOI") (AIM: 
AOI) announces that, with immediate effect, the following changes to the Board 
of the Company have been implemented: 
 
  *  Ian Johnson, currently the Non-executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, is 
  appointed Non-executive Chairman of the Board; and 
  *  John Feltman has stood down as the Chairman and a Non-executive director of the 
  Company. 
 
 
Commenting on these changes, Ian Johnson, Chairman, said: "John Feltman has 
played a significant role in the development of AOI since he founded the Company 
in November 2004. We would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him 
well for the future."
