Sub:   FII Investment Limit in ACC.

We would like to inform you that the limit for FII (Foreign  Institutional
Investors) Investment in the Company is 24% and as per the latest list of
beneficial holders of shares received from the Depositories the said limit has
been reached.

There is no proposal to increase the limit of FII Investment in the Company from
the existing ceiling of 24%.
