HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 15 April 2002 from M&G Investments
Management Limited ("M&G") that, following a sale of 8,000,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") on 27 March 2002, M&G Recovery Investment
Trust PLC no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's Shares.

The Company received further notification on 15 April 2002 from M&G that,
following a purchase of 8,000,000 Shares, M&G Recovery Investment Company
Limited now holds 8,000,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.74% of the
Company's issued share capital.
